Can I still open the website/e-edition on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The website will adjust to any screen with the new responsive design. It is created to be user friendly on any device.
Can I subscribe for the print edition through the website?
Yes. On the home page you will find links at the very top. Click on Subscribe and you will be taken to subscription page. Click Get Started in the green box and that will lead you to the subscription form.
I do not want the print edition, can I sign up for the e-Edition only?
Yes. Once you click Subscription you will be taken to a page that shows options for subscriptions. The second box will say Online Services which will direct you to purchase an e-Edition Subscription. Keep in mind that we do include e-Edition access when you subscribe to the print edition.
What credit cards are accepted on the website?
We accept Visa and Mastercard for online newspaper subscription services. Any other form of payment will not be recognized.
Can I submit an event on the website?
Yes. To submit an even on the website you must fill out a form. The form can be found on the right hand side-bar of the homepage under the section- Submit an Event. Click on Go to form. You will then need to create an account by either signing in or registering. Once you have logged in you will be taken to the form and will need to fill it out. Complete the form by clicking on Create Event. Submissions are approved before they are posted to the site.
How do I subscribe to the e-Edition on the website?
On the home page you will find links at the very top. Click on Subscribe and you will be directed to the subscription page. Find the box with the heading e-Edition, and click the Get Started button found in that box. You will then be able to sign in (if you have already been subscribed to the e-edition) or you will need to register. If you need to register, Click on Register and you will be taken to a register form. You will first be asked to fill out your sign-up form, then you will be taken to the billing form where you will choose the term for your e-Edition subscription.
Where can I find the e-Edition rates?
To find the e-Edition rates you must click on Subscribe, which is found at the very top of the homepage. From there you will be taken to the subscription sign-up page. In the e-edition box you will have the option to See all rates, click on the drop down arrow beside and all rates will be presented.
Where can I see when my e-Edition subscription will expire?
You can find your expiration date on your account dashboard. To get to your dashboard you must get to the homepage. In the upper right-hand corner you will see your username, hover your mouse over the name and a drop down box will appear. Click on Dashboard. You will then be taken to your dashboard where you will find options on how to manage your account. Click on the Subscriptions- Manage Subscriptions box and there you will see your expiration date.
What do I use my User Dashboard for?
Your user dashboard is there to help you navigate through our website and e-Edition. You will find your user account information where you can view/edit your profile. Your dashboard also provides the tools to manage your businesses and business content. Create/manage/contribute to events easily on your dashboard. View your saved items and followed notifications. Finally, you are able to manage your subscription.
How can I see past e-Editions?
Open today’s/this week’s e-Edition and click on the three white bars found in the upper left hand corner of the red bar at the top of the page. By clicking on that the Menu should expand. Click on Browse, then click on Edition, and you will see a list of dates. Click on the date to view that day’s e-Edition.
How many e-Edition back issues can I see online?
You are able to view up to a 6 editions back.
What do information do I need to login to access my e-Edition?
To access your e-Edition and user dashboard you will need to login in with your phone number that is on file. The first time you log in you will be prompted to set up your user account information.
*Please note that our e-Edition/website have a hard time functioning in the Chrome Browser. If a subscriber is having trouble scrolling from page to page in their e-Edition, recommend that they update their browser or switch to a different browser and operating system are up to date (example: Mozilla FireFox).
