The last graduating class of the Williamsport-Washington Township High School is experiencing slight scheduling inconvenience as this year’s alumni dinner is nearing.

The dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. June 22 at the Wabash Valley Bible Baptist.

Organizer Lisa Swanson explained that the Seeger principal forgot to add their date to the annual calendar and, as a result, a little repair work has been scheduled at the old Williamsport gym creating a temporary conflict.

“Over the years we’ve had our dinners at the Beef House and other venues, but last year we moved back to the gym and we found it to be the right size for us,” Swanson said.

Coincidentally, the numbers had dropped some last year, 89 attended the dinner and Swanson explained she already has 125 classmates’ reservations paid.

“We’re going to have a great time,” Swanson said.

Robie’s of Attica will be catering the dinner.

Anyone still interested in attending can contact Swanson at (765) 585-5809.
