Jennifer Johnson, Toni McGowen, Megan Lyons and Kira Bailiff gear up for this year’s Freedom Run/Walk June 29 at the Attica High School.

Hope Springs Safe House is hosting its 3rd Annual Freedom Run/Walk on June 29th at 8:30 a.m. at the Attica High School.

What a great way to celebrate the country’s freedom, and freedom from domestic violence. Come one, come all; bring strollers and wagons; walk, jog, or run; and wear one’s best patriotic gear. Red, white and blue hats, bandanas, and sunglasses will be provided to participants, while supplies last.

The registration fee is $25 and the first 100 to register will receive a free T-shirt. The race is officially timed by RACETIME, INC. The top three overall male and females, and age category winners will receive a Freedom Run medal.

To register, go to hopespringssafehouse.com. Onsite registration or to pick up race packets, on June 27 from 4-7 p.m. at the County Market.

All proceeds help Hope Springs Safe House to provide much needed services to families affected by abuse in the home.

Those with questions can call 765-764-5212.
