Easter egg hunts being held on Saturday

RENSSELAER — The day that many kids have been waiting for is fast approaching. This Saturday, Apr. 19, beginning at 1 p.m., at Brookside Park, children ages 0-10 years old are invited to come out for the annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Rensselaer Lions and the Rensselaer Republican.

Other area Easter Egg Hunts include the Rensselaer Moose Lodge Easter Egg Hunt at the Lodge, beginning at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Apr. 19, located at 1345 N. McKinley Avenue, and an Easter Egg Hunt is also taking place in Remington on Saturday, Apr. 19 at the Remington Community Park's enclosed shelter, sponsored by the Remington Lion's Club. This Easter Egg Hunt is for children ages 1-9.
