Kentland Bank’s President Kirby D. Drey announced that Christopher J. Both has joined Kentland Bank as vice president and loan officer.
Both joins Kentland Bank with more than five years of lending experience in the Iroquois County market and will be working with commercial and agricultural customers.
He is a graduate of Watseka Community High School, Kankakee Community College, and Franklin University where he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in business administration. He is a graduate of the Purdue Agricultural Banking School and is certified by the American Bankers Association in Commercial and Small Business Banking.
Both has previously contributed his time as president of the Kiwanis Club of Watseka, master of the Watseka Masonic Lodge, and most wise master of the Valley of Danville Scottish Rite. He is an active member of the Illinois Student Assistance Program, Iroquois County Genealogy Society, and several other community focused groups.
Both lives in Watseka with his wife Kailei and continues to be active with several community groups.
