NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Area Board of Zoning Appeals of Tippecanoe County, on the 24th day of May, 2017, at 7:00 PM in the County Office Building, 20 N. 3rd Street, Lafayette, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on a Variance from the Unified Zoning Ordinance of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
The property involved in the proposed request is located at:

Variances applied for:
Variance 1: Reduction in required minimum parking from 54 spaces required to 49 total proposed. Variance of Chapter 4-6-3, Parking Group 19.
Variance 2: Reduction in number of Parking Spaces accessible to individuals with disablities from thre (3) to two (2). Variance of Chapter 4-6-6.
Variance 3: Request for relief from the No-Parking setback for a portion of the front yard for two parking stalls in the northwest corner of the property as well as the parking spaces along the rear property line. Variance of Chapter 4-4-6(e).

Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
